How do I get started on a project with you?
You can email us, use our contact form, or call us directly. We reply to every serious inquiry within 24 hours. Most projects start with a 30-minute discovery call.
How long does it take to get a quote?
A quote is prepared once the scope is clarified, usually within 24 to 48 hours after our conversation.
Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?
No. A quote is non-binding and valid for 30 days. The engagement begins once the quote is paid, or after explicit written agreement from the client.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the type and scale of the project. Generally 2 to 6 weeks for a website, up to 2 months for a webshop, and several months for a custom application or software.
Do I get to see progress along the way?
Yes. We share progress during the build to avoid drifting from the original request and to stay aligned with you throughout the project.
How does payment work?
For a website or webshop: a 40% deposit at the start, then the balance on delivery. For a custom project: the same 40% deposit, plus 30% once the first working version is presented (demo or test round), and the balance on delivery.
What happens if I'm not happy with the final result?
Since progress is shared throughout, this is rare. If the result still doesn't match what was requested, we rework what's needed until the project matches your expectations.
Can I request changes mid-project?
Of course - adjustments are a normal part of the process, as long as they stay within the agreed scope.
Do you offer any kind of guarantee?
There's no "trial period" as such - every project is custom-built - but revisions are included during the build until the result matches what you asked for. After launch, we fix any bugs found within 30 days at no charge; new features are quoted separately.
Who owns the code once the project is finished?
The base code and reusable components we develop across our projects remain our own, under a permanent license for your use. The elements built specifically for your project - design, custom features, business logic - are transferred to you after full payment. For custom software, a full transfer of all rights can be arranged contractually. Your content (text, logos, images) is always 100% yours.
What technologies do you use?
We work with different languages and tools depending on the type of project, choosing whatever fits best each time rather than applying one solution everywhere.
Are hosting, domain registration, and maintenance included?
That depends on your project and what you want us to manage - it isn't automatically included, but it's always possible based on your needs.
Can I migrate my existing site to you?
In most cases, yes - it depends on the existing project. We also offer website audits and redesigns if you'd like.
Do you do SEO?
Our sites are built SEO-friendly from the ground up. SEO optimization itself is a separate service we also offer.
Do you work with freelancers and non-profits, or only companies?
Everyone is welcome. We believe every project deserves the same attention and care, regardless of its size.
